Prepare homemade minced meat, finelychop onions (can be ground in a meat grinder with meat). Boiled buckwheat in salted water. 2 cups of water take 1 Cup of buckwheat.Cool.
Chop the mushrooms, put in a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Saute them until tender.
Minced meat, onions, boiled and cooled buckwheat, mushrooms, all mixed in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
We're sorting the chicken skins, wash. Sprinkle a little salt to taste, stir.
At the wide end of the skin put minced meat and wrap in sausages.
Put everything on a baking sheet. The baking tray does not need to be lubricated with oil. And put in a preheated oven. I heat the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 250 degrees, then, putting a baking sheet with "sausages", reduce the temperature to 200 degrees. In the oven "sausages" are worth roughly 40 minutes. The resulting liquid is drained into a plate.
