  1. Cut the beef into strips and send it to stew until cooked. Add a little salt. It took me a little over 1 hour.
  2. At this time, finely chop the onion. If you don’t have a white onion, you can replace it with a regular one. I immediately put it in the pot. And sprinkle it with vinegar. I left an incomplete teaspoon of 70% essence. Be sure to mix the onion.
  3. Next comes the turn of the pepper, we also chop it with straws and send it to the onion. Pour soy sauce over everything.
  4. Then carrots. There should be more carrots than peppers. Add a little salt and vinegar, about 0.5 tsp. essence. Then mix thoroughly. At this stage, try using salt and acid. Everything should be in moderation.
  5. About 10-15 minutes before the beef is ready, add the ginger and simmer until the ginger becomes soft.
  6. After the beef has almost cooled down, we send it to the vegetables and mix it. At this stage, you can add hot pepper. If desired, you can add parsley. It is necessary that the salad has been infused for at least 1 hour. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
