Instructions
Sprinkle a piece of beef with salt and pepper on both sides and fry on the grill on both sides, cool, cover with a sheet of foil, cut into cubes.
It is better to take a green or yellow sweet or sour-sweet apple. Cut it into cubes as well.
Disassemble the pomegranate into grains.
Cut the cheese into cubes. I used the usual hard cheese (sour cream), take the cheese that you like.
Break the tangerine into slices. Cut each slice into 2-3 pieces.
Squeeze the juice from the pomegranate seeds. Mix it with soy sauce, honey, black pepper and olive oil.
Mix all the salad ingredients just before serving. Mix and season the salad. Serve in portions or in a shared salad bowl.
