  1. Start with the fact that the salt in this recipe I used instead of salt and seasoning soy sauce. Wash beets and bake in foil in the oven about 1 hour.
  2. Cool, cut into cubes or as I have triangles.
  3. Spinach, arugula and leaf beets rinse and dry it. All greens grown in my garden, that eating salad is even more enjoyable!
  4. Chop the spinach.
  5. Cut leaf beet-Swiss chard.
  6. In a bowl, combine the beets and greens. Season with olive oil and soy sauce.
