Instructions
We take everything for the salad. My beetroot has already been cooked.
Cut the zucchini and beetroot in half and cut them into very thin slices. Lettuce leaf is twisted and thinly sliced.
I’m making salad dressing. Pour the olive oil into a cup.
Also pour soy sauce.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and mix everything well.
Season the salad and, if desired, let it stand for a while. I didn’t wait, but ate right away.
