  1. Shred the cabbage, trying to do it as small as possible. Rub it thoroughly, adding salt so that it will let the juice.
  2. Cut the pepper into strips. Add sugar, pepper, vinegar and season with oil. It’s very simple, but nevertheless very tasty.
