Sweet Pepper Salad with pickled Cucumber Recipe
This lean (vegetarian) salad is great for a summer Breakfast or lunch. Easy to prepare.

  1. The salad for 2 servings we need the fruits of sweet pepper (in my case these are pink), 2 small pickled or salted cucumber, 1 onion (I prefer a salad, it is less corrosive), any herbs to taste (best suited dill, but I only have parsley), salt, sugar and butter for filling.

  6. All mix, add salt to taste, sugar and season with any vegetable oil, at your discretion. I liked it best with the usual refined sunflower.
