  1. The number of ingredients is approximate, since cookies are different and depends on how many cakes you will need. Chop the sponge cake.
  2. Gradually add condensed milk and mix until a homogeneous plastic mass is formed.
  3. Roll into balls weighing 40-45 grams. Put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add the dye to the marzipan. Roll out the dough 2 mm thick. Wrap each ball. Remove the excess.
  5. To make it look more like tangerine, grate it on a fine grater. And I inserted the “balls” from real tangerines.
  6. For the eyes, you can buy ready-made sugar eyes or make chocolate: melt white chocolate in a water bath, make circles when it hardens, melt dark chocolate, from which to make pupils, tails and ears. From the sponge mass to make “corpuscles” of mice, insert eyes, tails and ears. I did everything late in the evening, and in the morning I wanted to take pictures. But there is only one tangerine left))) Enjoy your meal.
