  1. Knead the dough: Add soda to kefir at room temperature, mix and wait for about a minute until the soda is combined with kefir, bubbles should appear. Add sugar Pour in the oil. Gradually pour in the sifted flour.
  2. Stirring, continue to introduce flour and knead the dough well with a spoon until smooth. You can use a mixer, but usually the lumps of flour are well separated from each other. Add the raisins. The dough turns out not very thick and not liquid, thicker than pancakes. That’s it, the dough is ready… Grease the molds with oil and fill them with dough, not to the brim, leave a place in the molds to lift the cupcakes (fill a little more than half of the mold), the dough will rise well. Put the cupcakes in a preheated 180C oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. The readiness check matches.
  3. We take out the ready-made cupcakes, take them out of the molds, preferably hot right away. The easiest way to decorate cupcakes is to sprinkle with powdered sugar.
