Instructions
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add mayonnaise and cottage cheese, mix well.
Cut the crusts from the slices of bread.
Roll out the bread slices with a rolling pin.
Grease with cheese mass.
Put a pickled cucumber on each slice.
Roll it into a roll.
Wrap in foil and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Boil quail eggs, peel and cut into halves.
Slice the sausages.
Unwrap the rolls and cut each into 4 pieces. Then we string the egg-sausage roll on a skewer. The egg is decorated with red caviar.
Canapes are served to the table.
It turns out very tasty and festive.
