  1. Cucumbers are washed, cut off the tips, cut into 4 parts along and then cut in half.

  2. Take a convenient container (pan) with a closing lid, put cucumbers in it. Since we were doing 5 kg, we just took the pelvis

  5. All shake and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. During this time, we shake the contents 2-3 more times.
