  1. Put the white chocolate in a deep enough bowl and melt it in a water bath or in a microwave oven.
  2. Do not overheat the chocolate, otherwise it may curdle. Mix thoroughly to separate the remaining pieces.
  3. Chop the cookies using a blender or any other way convenient for you.
  4. Cut the dried cranberries into small pieces.
  5. Add cranberries to the chocolate.
  6. Add the crushed cookies and mix thoroughly.
  7. The mass will turn out to be liquid, so put it in the refrigerator for a while, but do not overdo it. If you cool it too much, it will become too hard.
  8. As soon as it becomes denser, roll small balls out of it and roll them in coconut chips.
  9. Place the candies on a tray or dish. After they settle, the chocolate will harden and the candies will become dense. To speed up the process, you can put them in the refrigerator for a while. Store the finished candies at room temperature, as they become very hard when stored in the cold.
