I love my husband and cook sweets for him. I remembered Cannelloni’s recipe… He was invited to visit this place 10 years ago. Previously, they often cooked for all kinds of holidays.

  1. Here are the ingredients I used.
  2. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions. Fry in vegetable oil. Transfer to a deep bowl to cool.
  3. Add the minced meat. Salt – about 1 teaspoon.
  4. Take the smallest spoon (I have a coffee spoon), if not, the narrowest fork. Cannelloni filling.
  5. Place in a deep frying pan or saucepan. Place at short distances to avoid gluing.
  6. Pour in the cream and close the lid (be sure to make a hole in the lid for steam to escape). If you want the cannelloni to turn out drier – pour them half or 2/3 cream. All the cream will be absorbed inside. If you want them to be tender and juicy, fill them completely. Put on a small fire for 10 minutes, then turn over and leave for another 5.
  7. You’re finished! Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
