- Knead the dough with flour, 0.5 tsp salt, vegetable oil, vinegar and 4-5 tablespoons of water. Put the dough on a floured Board. In a ceramic bowl of such size that it was possible to cover the dough to pour boiling water and as soon as it is heated, drain the water and cover the dough wet. After 15 minutes the bowl has cooled, remove it from the dough, re-heated. This reception to repeat 3 times. Thanks to him, the dough will be more elastic.
