Cannelloni are not pre-boiled. Stuff them with melted cheese. Slice cheese tightly rolled up and pushed to the middle of the cannelloni. On both sides, fill with lightly fried and minced meat. Minced salt.
Prepare grated carrots, sliced onion rings, salt and pepper.
I got bigger baking dishes. In the space between cannelloni put onion rings.
Cooked sauce-water, eggs, sour cream, where sea salt and starch well whipped in a blender and poured the upper hand cannellone.
Cannelloni's ready in 20 minutes. Served with whole tomatoes, pickles and herbs ( Basil, coriander, celery and rosemary ). No gravy. Cannelloni turned out quite juicy.
