Cannelloni is not boiled beforehand. Stuff them with melted cheese. Roll the cheese slices tightly and place them in the middle of the cannelloni. On both sides, fill with lightly fried and chopped meat. Add salt to the chopped garlic.
Prepare grated carrots, sliced onion rings, salt and pepper.
I have bigger baking pans. In the gap between the cannelloni, lay out the onion rings.
The prepared sauce-water, eggs, sour cream, salt and starch, beat well in a blender and pour the top of the cannellone.
The cannelloni will be ready in 20 minutes. Served with whole tomatoes, pickles and herbs (basil, coriander, celery and rosemary). No gravy. The cannelloni turned out to be quite juicy.
