Instructions
In a blender, mix all the ingredients. First the eggs and carrots, when the carrots turn into mashed potatoes, add the rest.
Grease the mold with butter, pour 3 tablespoons of semolina (so that our cake does not stick), it should look like this.
Pour the contents of the blender into the mold and sprinkle with pine nuts. Place in a preheated 180* oven for about 40 minutes.
That’s so beautiful and reddened it turns out. It’s incredibly simple.
Let it cool down a little, cut it and put it on a plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
And you can layer it with anything, any jam, cream… I made a layer of mascarpone. It turned out very creamy.
