  1. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.
  2. Squeeze out the carrots and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Send the carrots to dry in the oven for 2-3 hours at a temperature of 60-70 degrees.
  3. Dried carrots are removed.
  4. Put carrots in a saucepan, add tea and pour boiling water. Let it brew.
  5. Pour tea, add honey or sugar to taste!
