Preheat the oven to 200 °C. remove the stalk from the cabbage, divide the head into medium-sized inflorescences. Boil the cabbage in salted boiling water for 20 minutes. Flip it into a colander and dry it.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan with a heat-resistant handle. Sprinkle the cabbage with breadcrumbs and put in the heated oil. Fry over high heat for 5 minutes, turning gently.
Then lay out the cabbage with slices of cheese and put the baking sheet in the oven. Let the cheese melt and fry a little, about 10 minutes. Serve the dish hot.
