Instructions
Divide the cabbage into inflorescences and rinse, boil for 10 minutes with the addition of a ready-made casserole, strain the broth, leave.
Sauerkraut chop in a blender with a small amount of vegetable broth, pour the mixture into the remaining broth.
Heat the cream, but do not bring it to a boil, dissolve the cheese in them (grate on a coarse grater).
Pour the cream-cheese mixture into the cabbage soup, keeping the broth on low heat… Add salt to taste..
Mix everything thoroughly and leave it on the stove for 5 minutes.
