- Cheese grate on a fine grater. In a bowl pour the flour and crack an egg into it. Add a pinch of salt and a little black pepper, pour the grated cheese, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and one tablespoon of water, knead the dough! Moisten your hands with water, take the dough and roll it into balls, 2 cm in diameter and throw in a pot, add the Bay leaf and then cook for another 15 minutes.
