These cheesecakes are a great option for breakfast or dessert! There is no sugar in the dough, but sweet lovers can safely add sugar to taste!

  1. Peel the pear, chop it finely or mash it into a puree. Add cottage cheese, semolina and egg yolk. If you add a whole pear to the dough, double the amount of cheese, and add an egg instead of yolks.
  2. Stir until smooth and let stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Then form the cheesecakes: take a tablespoon of dough, roll it out in your hands and mash it a little. If the mass is soft and does not hold its shape, then add flour to the dough and mix well. I added 1 tbsp flour, that was enough.
  4. Fry in preheated vegetable oil on both sides. Serve with any jam. There is no sugar in cheesecakes, but with sweet additives it is absolutely not felt!
