Olive oil
Instructions
Grease the baking dish with olive oil. Cover with tortilla (2 pcs.) or pita bread.
If desired, lubricate the chicken drumsticks with salt (I have salt with spices), spread out in a mold.
Put the pickled tomatoes in a blender. Grind.
Add a garlic clove squeezed through a press and crushed bell pepper to the chopped tomatoes. Mix it.
Pour the sauce over the chicken drumsticks. Cook in the oven, preheated to 200 gr., 40-45 min.
It turns out a very fragrant and delicious dish that will perfectly fit on the festive table.
