Cut the zucchini into thin slices and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce and olive oil for 10 minutes.
Cut the chicken fillet into strips, cucumbers into thin circles, olives into rings. Mix everything together and combine with the mayonnaise and ketchup sauce.
Place the lettuce leaves on a plate. Put a circle of zucchini, on top-a spoonful of filling, then again zucchini, filling. Repeat several times.
