Take 180 g of powdered sugar, 10 g of baking powder and 60 g of cocoa and mix.
Add soft butter and rub into crumbs with a mixer.
Beat two eggs lightly with a fork with one packet of vanilla sugar. Gradually pour into the bowl of the mixer. I bring it to a homogeneous state.
Add flour and mix.
The dough turns out to be very sticky. I put it in a container or bag and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
I put on gloves (it’s more convenient to form balls this way) and start rolling walnut-sized balls (no more, they will grow in the oven the way I did), roll them in powdered sugar.
We send it to the oven for 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
The aroma of chocolate cookies for the whole house!
