I have large marshmallows, so we cut them in half and put them in the freezer for about an hour.

Take a small amount of dough (about 25 -30 g), roll the ball, make a cake, put marshmallow in the middle, pinch and roll the ball. The dough is a little sticky, so periodically moisten with water hands.
The resulting ball is rolled in brown sugar.
Cookies put on a non-stick Mat or parchment, put in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. Baking time 5 minutes.
