We will need 2 overripe bananas.
If the bananas are unripe, nothing will work.
In bananas, we break the eggs. Add vegetable oil, cocoa powder, baking powder.
Using an immersion mixer, we break the mass to a homogeneous state. Pour out the flour. Knead the dough. It should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
I do this with an immersion mixer as well.
Flour is better to use wholegrain, corn or a mixture of them.
We spread the dough in the muffin molds.
On top, you can put 1 piece of bitter chocolate.
We send it to the preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Cupcakes are obtained with a pronounced banana flavor, almost unsweetened.
Chocolate on top gives sweetness and perfectly complements the banana taste.
