  1. Beat the whites with a mixer until strong peaks.
  2. Add the yolks one by one to the whites, beating with a mixer.
  3. Mix cocoa powder, baking powder and starch.
  4. Add the sifted cocoa mixture to the proteins in parts, each time mixing well and gently from the bottom up with a spatula or a wooden spoon – do not just MIX! I mixed the last portion with a mixer at minimum speed.

  7. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes. Focus on your oven. We take out the finished cake – do not roll it up with paper – there is no flour in it, so it rolls out perfectly. Remove the parchment. Cool.
  8. Cut the banana into small pieces. If desired, add cottage cheese and honey and mix.
  9. Roll the cake with the filling into a roll – it turns out very small, not thick. I lightly sprinkled powdered sugar (at the request of the husband waiting for the tasting). You can eat right away, you can put it in the refrigerator. I immediately cut off part of it, and put the rest in the refrigerator.
