Instructions
Heat the water. Put a cinnamon stick in hot water. Boil for about 15 minutes.
Add ground ginger, boil for a few minutes, turn it off and let it brew a little.
The drink, poured into glasses, should have a reddish hue – from light to saturated. Add 1 teaspoon of honey and lemon.
