  1. Wash the currant, raspberry and mint leaves and place them in a teapot.
  2. Add the washed berries.
  3. Then sliced ginger and clove buds.
  4. Pour boiling water.
  5. Add honey or sugar and stir.
  6. Mash the berries and leave to cool at room temperature, then put them in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to cool.
