Beat with a mixer (blender) at low speed for 1 minute.
Continuing to beat, add vanilla sugar and, gradually increasing the speed, beat for another 2-3 minutes until soft peaks.
It is important not to overdo it with the cream.
Now, reducing the speed to a minimum, gradually pour in condensed milk.
Pour the resulting mass into a convenient bowl.
Cover with a lid and put in the freezer for 5-6 hours.
After 30 minutes, take out the bowl and whisk for 30-40 seconds.
Repeat this process twice more, every half hour.
The ice cream is ready.
