(and vegetable, for frying, in equal proportions)
Broth
(mushroom)
Spices
(salt, nutmeg, Cayenne pepper)
Instructions
I’m starting to cook this soup with fried pork. Cut into small cubes and fry until golden brown.
Grate the mushrooms and chop them. Fry in oil for 3-4 minutes.
Fried pork and 100 g of sour cream are added to the mushrooms. Simmer for 10 minutes. Use an immersion blender to make mashed potatoes.
Broth was added, brought to a boil. Season with salt and pepper, add a pinch of nutmeg.
We put them in serving pots. Served with whipped sour cream, plastic fried mushrooms and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
