  1. I’m starting to cook this soup with fried pork. Cut into small cubes and fry until golden brown.
  2. Grate the mushrooms and chop them. Fry in oil for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Fried pork and 100 g of sour cream are added to the mushrooms. Simmer for 10 minutes. Use an immersion blender to make mashed potatoes.
  4. Broth was added, brought to a boil. Season with salt and pepper, add a pinch of nutmeg.
  5. We put them in serving pots. Served with whipped sour cream, plastic fried mushrooms and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
