Dry mushrooms pour boiling water and leave for 1 hour. Then wash and cut into strips.
Prepare frying: mushrooms, onions, and carrots into small cubes and fry with 2 tbsp oil, until Golden brown.
Potatoes cut into arbitrary slices and send to the broth. When the potatoes will be ready to mash these slightly with a potato masher to puree directly in the pot. Then add to the potatoes to fry and dried mushrooms, cook for 20-30 minutes.
Chop the herbs, garlic, bulgarian pepper and chili pepper cut into small cubes, add to the pot 2 minutes before end of cooking. Salt and pepper to taste.
