Instructions
Washed and dried spinach pour cream and grind in a blender.
Cut the bacon or brisket into small cubes and fry in a dry pan.
To the cream and spinach, add the melted cheese. Beat well.
Boil the pasta in salted water, toss it in a colander, and return to the pan. You can add a spoonful of vegetable oil to avoid sticking together.
Pour the cream mixture into the toasted bacon and cook until thickened for a few minutes. Salt is not necessary.
