I suggest a recipe for a hearty lunch or dinner. Often the chicken in its various forms you want to change to some delicious and relatively quick to prepare dish, this recipe is just one of these. Delicious, satisfying, flavorful and creamy!
In a dry pan or in a saucepan, pour 1 tablespoon of flour, lightly fry over low heat until slightly Golden. With constant stirring, pour in 250 ml of 10% cream (milk), add salt and white pepper to taste. Thicken the sauce to the desired consistency.
Cut the bacon into large pieces, fry it in a dry pan so that the fat is melted (do not dry it!), add the sliced onions, and strain everything until the onion is transparent.
Add coarsely chopped mushrooms.
Fry until tender.
Cook the pasta to your taste in slightly salted water until almost ready, then drain.
Combine the pasta, bacon and mushrooms in a pan, mix, pour the sauce, bring to a boil, and sprinkle with grated cheese before serving. Serve immediately!
