  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cherry tomatoes cut lengthwise into 2 parts, put on a baking sheet (if desired, cover with baking paper), sprinkle with vegetable oil, sprinkle with chopped garlic and dried basil (or a mixture of herbs to taste). Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
