Here is a small set of products for cooking. Sorry, but the chips and soy sauce were not in the photo.
Cut the cucumber lengthwise, then into thin slices, mushrooms-large slices, onions-finely.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms until lightly browned, about 5-6 minutes. Cool it down.
Mix the sliced cucumbers, fried mushrooms and green onions in a bowl, add a tablespoon of soy sauce, pepper. Mix, if necessary, adjust the taste with pepper and sauce.
We spread out on portioned salad bowls, spread the chips on top. The salad is ready.
