  1. Chop the onion, cut the sausage into thin cubes. Pepper to clear from seeds and shred finely.

  2. Add the boiled beans. Grate cheese on a medium grater, cut cucumbers into strips.

  3. Tomatoes cut into thin slices and set aside. In cheplashke mix soy sauce and vegetable oil. Season the salad and gently mix it. On a plate put the sliced tomatoes on top of salad. Optionally, you can decorate with sprigs of cilantro.
