Salad

Dressing

Sesame oil

Lime juice

Soy sauce

teaspoon
Honey
Instructions
Preparation of ingredients.
Fry sesame seeds until golden brown in a dry frying pan, stirring regularly.
Cut cucumbers into strips.
Pepper cut into strips. I have half red and half yellow.
For dressing, mix honey, soy sauce, lime juice and oil. Sesame can be replaced with olive oil.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables, add finely chopped coriander.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve!
