  1. Beat the soft butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Beat in the eggs and continue to beat for about a minute. Then add the cottage cheese and whisk for another minute on a high speed mixer.
  3. Add flour and baking powder, beat for 10-15 seconds. Grease the baking dish with oil and put half of the dough. On top of the dough, put the pre-peeled and cut into a small cube of kiwi. Cover the kiwi with the remaining dough. Flatten the dough and send it to the oven for 40 minutes at 180 gr. focus on a dry wooden skewer.
