  1. Peel the eggplant, cut into circles and fry in vegetable oil. Meanwhile, put the cherry cut into quarters in a salad bowl. Cut the Bulgarian pepper into strips, pass the garlic through the press.
  2. Add salt and ground pepper. Cut the red onion into half rings. Put the ready-made eggplant, mix the salad. When serving, put the lettuce leaves on a plate.
