Cut the eggplant into slices or half slices. Fry in vegetable oil. Put the finished eggplant on paper towels so that the excess oil is removed. Tomatoes cut into slices, pepper straws. Marinated cucumbers cut into small cubes. Add the cooled eggplant to the salad.
