  1. Boiled chilled fish (sturgeon, sevryuga, beluga, walleye, salmon) cut into small pieces; peeled potatoes, fresh cucumber, gherkins and tomatoes cut into slices, put everything in a bowl, add chopped green salad. Before serving, lightly add salt to the products and mix with mayonnaise sauce and vinegar. Then put a slide in a salad bowl, placing beautiful leaves of green lettuce in the center of the slide, and around, in an oval, lay circles of tomatoes and cucumbers. You can decorate the salad with caviar – powdered, grainy or keto, slices of salmon, salmon, chum, sturgeon and pitted olives. In the salad, you can add onions or green onions (50 g).
  2. For 200 g of fish fillet – 1 tomato, 1 fresh cucumber, 3 pieces of boiled potatoes, 75 g of green salad, 75 g of gherkins (or 1 pickled cucumber), 1/2 cup of mayonnaise sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
