Fish Snack Recipe
I recently shared a recipe for a similar snack, this version is similar in ingredients, but very different in taste, more bright and spicy.

Instructions
  1. Clean the hot smoked hump from the skin and bones, disassemble the flesh into small pieces and put it in a bowl.
  2. Add finely chopped herbs.
  3. Add ground black pepper to taste, a teaspoon of Russian mustard and cream cheese.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly, kneading with a fork. You should get a mass similar to pate.
  5. Chop the nuts and mix with the smoked paprika.
  6. From a small amount of pate, make a flatbread, put an olive in the middle, roll a ball.
  7. Roll the balls in nut breadcrumbs.
  8. Put them on a platter and put them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or longer.
