  1. Salad dressing is convenient to cook in a jar with a lid that can be stored in the refrigerator.
  2. Add the wine vinegar to the olive oil.
  3. Add honey and crushed garlic clove.
  4. Add the grainy mustard, cover the jar with a lid. Shake the contents thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Before serving, remove the garlic clove. Fill your favorite vegetable salad with dressing.
