Instructions
Heat the oil in a frying pan (about 200 ml), fry the drumstick on all sides until golden brown over high heat.
Remove the shin while in pan. Fry the potatoes in the same oil. Also until golden brown on high heat. Put it in a cauldron.
Add salt to the fried potatoes and shanks, add about 100 ml of oil and simmer over low heat under the lid for 20 minutes.
Serve the finished dish with green onions. Enjoy your meal.
