  1. Wash the potatoes (you can not clean them) and cut them in any way you like. The main thing is that the pieces are not small. I like it best with 2-3 cm cubes. This time I made slices. Arrange the potatoes on a plate so that they do not touch each other. Turn on the microwave at full power and cook the potatoes for 3-7 minutes until “almost ready”. It all depends on your microwave!
  2. While the potatoes are cooking, preheat the pan, add the oil and when ready, the potatoes themselves. Fry until Golden brown, do not cover with a lid. This will take about 5-7 minutes. By cooking the potatoes in the microwave, we will get a crust that will not allow the potatoes to absorb the oil. In the photo, you can see the oil before and after.
  3. Sprinkle with spices to taste. I have paprika, Cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt.
