Add salt, pepper and whisk the eggs. Cut the tomato and salami into slices. Grate the cheese.
Preheat the butter, pour in the eggs and put the pita bread on top, pressing lightly.
P.S. Pita bread needs a thin, if not round, then you can cut a round rectangular according to the diameter of the mold.
As soon as the bottom is fried, turn it over with a spatula, lay out the salami, tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Close the lid and cook for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts. You can serve it to the table for breakfast!
