  1. For the yogurt layer, combine 340 g of yogurt, 4 tablespoons of Chia seeds and 2 tablespoons of Jerusalem artichoke syrup in a bowl. Mix everything well and leave it on the table.
  2. For the banana-apricot layer: freeze the bananas and apricots in advance. In a bowl, combine bananas, apricots and oatmeal milk.
  3. Beat with a blender until smooth.
  4. For the strawberry-apricot layer: combine strawberries, frozen apricots and ice cream in a bowl. Beat with a blender until smooth.
  5. Arrange the banana and apricot smoothies in clear cups. Remove to the freezer for 20-30 minutes until solidified.
  6. Then spread the Chia pudding on top with a spoon.
  7. Next, spread out the strawberry-apricot smoothie. Remove to the freezer for 20-30 minutes until solidified.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle with coconut shavings on top. Garnish as desired and serve.
