Ginger Marmalade Recipe
Marmalade from the word “marmalade” is a kind of thick jam, which is traditionally prepared in Spain from quince, and in France and some other countries – from oranges. I offer you an option with quince, orange and ginger. Marmalade turns out to be thick, fragrant and very warming thanks to ginger. Ideal for flavoring pastries, sauces and just tea in cold autumn weather.

Instructions
  1. Prepare the products: peel the orange, leave a small piece, peel it, peel the ginger, cut into thin slices, peel the quince from the core and peel.
  2. Peel and slice ginger, orange, zest and quince with a blender until smooth.
  3. In an enameled bowl, mix water, sugar, salt, potatoes and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, cool slightly and punch again with a blender, it is more convenient, of course, by hand. Or it can be wiped through a metal sieve.
  5. Return to the heat, cook for another 20 minutes, pour into prepared jars. I got exactly 500 ml of jam. enjoy your meal!!!!
