Using a mixer beat sour cream, cream, sugar, vanilla, cardamom and ginger. Beat until peaks.
In glasses put 1 tablespoon of cream.
Then 1 tablespoon chopped ginger cookies.
And on top of 1 tablespoon of jam.
And repeat all 3 layers again. Put a layer of cream on top.
I bought ginger biscuits. But it can be done by yourself. Here is the recipe: 3/4 cups of margarine eggs with 1 Cup sugar. Add 1 egg and 1/4 Cup molasses (can be replaced with honey or maple syrup) and mix well. Add 2 cups flour, 1 tbsp ginger, 1H. L. cinnamon, 2 tsp soda and 1/2 tsp salt and mix well. It turns out the dough. Divide the dough into small equal parts and roll the balls. Put baking paper on a baking sheet and put the balls on top, making them in the form of cakes. Bake 8-10 minutes in a preheated 175c (350F) oven.
Put in refrigerator to cool for 1 hour. Before serving, decorate with raspberries on top.Bon appetit!!!
